Fourth place in the Swiss Employer Awards

On 15th January 2026, Icommit announced the 25th “Swiss Employer Awards”. This year Dätwyler IT Infra AG, based in Altdorf, came fourth in the “250 to 999 employees” category.
152 companies took part in the survey and around 55,000 employees chose the best employers in four main categories. Our sister company, Dätwyler Schweiz AG in Schattdorf, actually emerged as a winner in that category.
The Swiss Employer Award is the leading award for employer attractiveness in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The ranking is based solely on feedback from employees on 60 scientifically devised questions.
“The results show where the strengths, weaknesses and potential lie. This gives a valid picture of working conditions in our company and provides a sound basis for targeted improvements”, explains Karl Thoma, VP Product Management Europe and Managing Director Switzerland of Dätwyler IT Infra AG.
