Statement from Datwyler IT Infra
As an environmentally conscious manufacturer and supplier of IT/OT solutions it is our concern not to use any environmentally harmful substances in our products. Based on current information, the herein mentioned regulations and directives for substances are fully complied with wherever applicable.
ROHS (2011/65/EU and 2015/863/EU)
We ensure that our products do not contain any of the ten prohibited substances from the two RoHS directives above the permitted concentrations. We issue product-specific EU Declarations of Conformity, which we provide to our customers upon request.
REACH (1907/2006/EC)
Under the REACH Regulation, we only have information obligations. We either ensure that our products do not contain any substance of very high concern (SVHC) above the threshold value, or, if this is not technically possible, we inform our customers about the substance and its CAS number.
WEEE (2012/19/EU)
Our products are accompanied by the necessary disposal information. The applicable quantities are registered in accordance with legal requirements in the respective countries, and the recycling costs are covered.
