COCUS AG and Datwyler IT Infra have agreed to collaborate on combining Datwyler’s Q-Tainer with COCUS’s private 5G technology. This integrated solution delivers computing power and connectivity directly to where they are needed

The Q-Tainer provides a modular data center housed within a highly secure container—a solution that can be installed in virtually any location in a very short time and is capable of withstanding fluctuating temperature and humidity conditions. This makes the Q-Tainer particularly well-suited for deployment in the railway, energy and construction sectors

Through its integration with Campus2Go—COCUS AG’s private 5G solution—a fully integrated infrastructure platform is created that enables data to be processed locally while simultaneously connecting securely to cloud and enterprise networks. It ensures stable communication even under challenging external conditions and supports the development of resilient, autonomous systems.

“With Campus2Go, the Q-Tainer gains additional reach and connectivity,” explains Pascal Walther, Head of Technical Solutions at Datwyler IT Infra. “The combination of robust edge computing and private 5G opens up new perspectives for decentralized and mobile applications,” adds Bernd Hoffmann, 5G Innovation at COCUS AG.
